I would like to thank everyone for posting so many comments on this blog--there are so many all over the place! We will keep bloging and hope you keep posting any thoughts you have related or not so related to the film. They are so encouraging. One posting from someone who caught the film on Cinemax seriously considers 'adopting a grandparent' (from the comments posted after the blog 'Tonight')

Have a goodnight, Andrew

Andrew, Thank you for your beautiful film. I'm 45 with an aging parent -and I am absolutely renewed in my daily quest to make the most out of our time together. I hope others will be so inspired to cherish every day with the loved ones in their life. That was a very important hour and half message.

Please keep up the good work.

Hi Andrew, i just watched your film with my 80 year old mom! I want to be original here but i must reiterate what everybody else is saying and that is that I laughed and cryed and giggled and absolutely loved your film! When i came to your website and read that Tammy, Bill and Eleanore passed I was very upset but knew they were happier because of the time they got to spend with you!!! Dude, you so ROCK!! I will watch your film over and over again!!
Thank you so much!
Michelle

What a film! Enjoyed every minute. I'm sure you learned a lot more than you expected when you started your venture. Congratulations for a job well done.
If you ever want to venture further and see the side of the elderly that are still living alone. I have a 94 year old retired chiropractor, lives alone in a old mobile home on a lot he owns. You could not live there as he keeps the temperature around 85 degrees. He turned down 2 million of his brothers inheritance as he did not want to pay income tax. Quaint to say the least, extremely creative with electric wire - they run all over his house and do weird things. Does all kinds of exercises and meal planning. It would be a hilarious film and certainly would show how the other side of the elderly lives, outside assisted living facilities. Independent living at its finest.
Good luck with yoru career - you certainly did a great job and deserve all this film is bring you. Keep up the good work.

Andrew,
Great job! Just watched Room 335 today.
You have talent and class.
Keep on going!

just a quick note to say I just watched your documentary with my 15 year old son. My mom fell recently and we have her in a rehab at an assisted living facility and watching the show reminded me of hers. We too are in florida but south florida and the men and women are all the same. Luckily for my mom shw will re elaving to go back to her apartment a nd living independantly but thank youfor showing what goes on in an assisted living. The part me and my son cried at was when Dotty passes and you can see how she was going deonhill in a short amount of time. Thanks for a great show and keep up the good work at NYU
